Would you like to hold a number of such investments to access the high returns and simultaneously reduce your exposure to any one project?

We are currently inviting suitable members to join our Investor Partners, to invest in a variety of projects. Investor partners invest in units of £50,000 and attract a rate of return that is agreed on a project by project basis.

We are continuously seeking, and being offered, profitable projects to invest in and we share these investments with you if you wish in turn to share in these higher rates of return in future projects.

Ask yourself, what am I looking for ? There are two key questions :

1. Are you seeking capital gains to increase your wealth in the future, or income to supplement your existing or future income? We now offer both opportunities to our members.

2. Would you prefer to have, as part of your investments :

• a share in a property portfolio, giving the strength of a broad investment base
• a direct investment alongside ourselves in a property development, in the UK or overseas, offering higher returns
• or, a direct investment in particular properties with a small group of colleagues.

2. Ski Chalet investment in Borovets in the very popular and rapidly expanding ski resort in Bulgaria. Investment needed £100,000 (2 units), timetable 1 year.

We have established a splendid relationship with a developer partner who develops in Florida, Canada and the Bahamas. We will be putting a project together to take advantage of property deals across these sites including land banking in appreciating areas and development projects for local sale.

4. Bulgarian and Romanian Land Bank
These rapidly appreciating markets are showing strong growth in land values, this will be a good asset hold. Investments of a minimum of £100,000 will be sought, although this can be increased in scale if popular with investors.

5. Hungarian Developer Funding
Developer seeking to grow his already substantial business is looking for UK investors for his next site development and offering in excess of 30% per year return on funds invested.

6. French Chateau Refurbishment – healthy returns from restoring and re-developing a chateau just north of Cannes.
